Shipping policy
All orders for products in stock are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped. Shipping times will vary according to the service provider.
Should there be a delay due to a high volume of orders, or other issues outside of our control, we will advise you as soon as practicable by email.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free shipping for many items. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local delivery
Local delivery is available for bulky items, please contact us for a delivery quote.
We will contact you on the phone number provided at check out to organise your delivery date and time.
In-Store Pickup
Free local pickup is available from our workshop at 3/13 Industrial Drive, North Boambee Valley. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready within 2 to 5 business days. We will send a text message, to the phone number you provide at checkout, to schedule a pickup time. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer International Shipping.
How do I Check the Status of my Order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number that can be used to check delivery status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shipping@splitdesign.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We do not accept change of mind returns. Please see our refund policy for items which are damaged or defective.
