Refund policy
Our refund policy is in accordance with ACCC guidelines. We do not offer a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Repairs
Where an item has been returned to us and we find it to have a minor fault, we may choose to repair the item and return it to you.
Exchanges
Where an item has been returned to us and we find it to have a major fault, we may offer you an exchange for a similar item.
Refunds
Where an item has been returned to us and we find it to have a major fault, we may offer you a refund.
We will endeavour to refund you automatically using your original payment method. Where this is not possible, we will request your bank details in order to refund directly to your bank account.
